1. Q: How to start order with you?
A: Firstly, please contact us or send your inquiry via the contact info. on the website.
Secondly, we quote to you according for your detailed requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the sample and pay deposit to us, finally, we will proceed the production.
2. Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: It is free for our sample in stock.
But for customized sample, the sample time needs 5~7 working days to make and we need sample making fee according to the sample you need, and we will refund the sample fee after orders.
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: 500pcs -10000 PCS based on your product size and shape
4. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: 15 to 25 days after deposit for customized order and it depends on the styles and quantity.
5. Q: Could you provide free design for my packaging box?
A: Yes, we provide free design service, the structural design and easy graphic design.
6. What kind of document format will you accept for printing?
A: AI, CDR, PDF, PSD, EPS, high resolution JPG or PNG.
7. Q: How to ship the commodities?
A: Please see below different way:
• By sea or air as your requirement.
• Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.
• CFR or CIF, etc., if you need us to make shipment for you.
• DDP and DDU are also available.
• More options, we will consider your choice.
8. Q: What is your payment terms?
A: T/T or L/C is acceptable, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance upon copy of B/L or other shipment document.
Any other payment tool is available: PayPal, Credit Card, Cash, etc.
9. Q: What information should I provide if I want to get an accurate quotation?
A: • Size, material, printing details, finishing, processing, quantity, shipping destination etc.
• If there is one sample or picture of sample, it will be better to quote.
